Welcome to
Claremont House
Many people who move into residential care have just made one of the biggest decisions of their lives. We know and recognise this move can be a challenging, emotional time but also know that it can be the start of a fulfilling and happy later life.
Claremont House is a family run home on the sunny south coast of Seaford, close to the seafront, and within easy reach of Eastbourne, Brighton and Lewes and a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The building is a large Victorian building set back from the seafront, with our front rooms having fantastic views out to sea. The home is set over 4 floors – all accessible by a passenger lift or stairs.
At Claremont House we pride ourselves on providing an individually tailored service for each person that comes to stay with us, either for long term or short term respite.

Our Aims
and Objectives
Claremont House aims to provide a home for the elderly; to provide as far as possible a lifestyle as normal as that of the one you had in your own home.
We assist and encourage residents to maintain a level of independence, maintain skills, hobbies, interests and activities.
Being a privately run home, the homes owners encourage residents’ involvement in such things as the choice of menus, decoration of rooms and the day to day activities within the home.
